Steps in Moving in the Share House
So, you’ve decided to embark on the share house adventure in Japan? At our cozy place, we’ve got a straightforward process to welcome you into our vibrant community. Here’s a step-by-step rundown on how to make our shared accommodation your new sweet home.
Step 1: Reach Out – Let’s Chat!
First things first, hit us up! Whether it’s a call, a message on LINE, or a good old email, send us a message. We’ll spill the deets on our share house and set up a time for you to swing by. We’re open for a chat from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
Step 2: Tour Time – Come on In!
Reserved your spot for a visit? Awesome! Swing by on the scheduled day, and we’ll give you the tour. Explore the common areas, check out the rooms, and get a feel for the awesome space you could soon call home.
Step 3: Get on the List – Register with Us!
Ready to take the plunge? Fill out our application form with all the details, attach a photo ID, and hit us up with your move-in date. If you are Japanese, your Japanese driver’s license or passport will do. Otherwise, we’re looking for either your residence card or a valid visa.
Step 4: The Waiting Game – Screening Process
After the paperwork process, it’s time for a bit of a wait. We’ll be in touch within 2-5 days if you’ve made it through the screening process. We keep the criteria on the down-low, so just cross those fingers and stay awesome. But if you’re 40 years of age or you wish to stay for less than six months, we ask for your understanding that you might not be eligible to move in.
Step 5: Let’s Make It Official – Contract Time!
Got the green light? Sweet! We’ll shoot over the contract, so put pen to paper, mail it back, or swing by our place with the signed deal. Oh, and don’t forget to transfer the initial payment by the payment due date to the account we’ll point you to.

If you decide to begin another journey in somewhere else, just give us a heads up. Shoot us an email at least a month before your planned departure. We’ll handle the rest.
