Steps in Moving into a Monthly Furnished Apartment
A lot of you might wonder how the process of moving into a monthly rental residence is.
In this blog, we will explain each of the steps from searching for a new flexi-stay accommodation to moving in a furnished apartment in Kobe such as Renostyle Nunobiki.
Step 1. Reach Out, Let’s Chat!

Step 2. Get on the List – Register with Us!
We will be asking you to fill in the application form and send the required documents to us:
A.) For corporations and individuals: Photo IDs for all residents
B.) For corporations only: Certified true copy of company, Company profile, etc.
Step 3. Let’s Make It Official – Contract Time!
We will send you an invoice and a contract, please sign the contract and return it to us.
Keep in mind that the contract is completed when payment is received by the due date and payment is confirmed!

Step 4. Ready, Set, Move In!
Now for the final step! We will shoot you a move-in notice at least 10 days before the expected move-in date. Get ready to start your new life in a whole new neighborhood! It’s going to be awesome!
